The first weight is always the easiest. I imagine you've begun to build more muscle, which would cause you to lose inches, not pounds. You might even gain weight because muscle does weigh more. Plateaus are sucky. Try eating more of a variety of calories, not the same amount daily. I hear its good for your metabolism.

I've started using YogaDownload.com They don't have Bikram specifically. But some of the 20 min classes are free to download to ease back into it. I prefer Vinyasa, but I know I need to learn the poses a lot better in order to do it properly.

Its better to mix up your intakes throughout the week. Keeps you're metabolism going as well as helps prevent/lessen plateaus.

I have this problem too. But personally, I think that you should just listen to your body, rather than look at the numbers. I think its as simple as if you're hungry, eat. If you're not, then don't eat. It's better for your metabolism to have a variety of caloric intakes than to keep it constant at all times.
