  • My husband won't stop eating my food. He grabs the bags or bowls that I've measured because he says they are convenient. Well that's great for him but it really annoys me when I think something is in the fridge ready to go and it has already gone to work with him. At least he knows better than to try to eat my food when…
  • It's pretty important based on why I'm told. I'm in the Medi Weight Loss Clinics program and it's high protein, low carb. They would much rather me get extra calories from fat (i.e.cheese) than sugar (all those good things I love so much). I go in for weekly check ups and find that I always lose more weight on the weeks I…
  • Try some fruit, like grapes, but always eat some protein with it, like cheese. It's better than just eating carbs.
  • I bet its the ketones. I'm in ketosis and mine definitely smells. It started within a few days of me significantly cutting down on carbs and has continued. It's very common when you're body is in ketosis. You'll find a lot people complaining about it if you Google it. Oh and for the person who asked why you're smelling…
  • Thanks for the info. I'm on Day 11 now and have only lost 8 lbs. I'm a little disappointed but I had started losing weight before I actually started MWLC so I can live with it. My problem seems to be making myself eat enough calories sometimes. The appetite suppressant works so well that I almost never get hungry. The down…
  • I've seen some research that says you start losing weight "from the top down." That has always been the case with me. People notice my weight loss mostly in my face first, then my boobs go next and on down. I have no idea why but I've read some studies that say that's pretty common.
  • I tend to use more oil when I fry the eggs than when I scramble them so that adds a few more calories.
  • My doctor recommended MFP and I love it! I also started Medi Weghtloss Clinics last Friday. It's very intense and I'm struggling spreading my 500-800 calories throughout the day. Anyone else on Medi? I'm 43, have lost 4 lbs and need to lose about 45 more so I'll be around for a while and would love to share support with…
  • I'm on Day 4 of week 1 of MWL and am really struggling. I get so weak that I don't even feel like eating. The 500-800 calorie a day goal is very hard. Is anyone else going through this?
