Try some fruit, like grapes, but always eat some protein with it, like cheese. It's better than just eating carbs.

I bet its the ketones. I'm in ketosis and mine definitely smells. It started within a few days of me significantly cutting down on carbs and has continued. I've seen some research that says you start losing weight "from the top down." That has always been the case with me. People notice my weight loss mostly in my face first, then my boobs go next and on down. I have no idea why but I've read some studies that say that's pretty common.

I'm on Day 4 of week 1 of MWL and am really struggling. I get so weak that I don't even feel like eating. The 500-800 calorie a day goal is very hard. Is anyone else going through this?
