That's the thing, I'm not embarrassed about other people seeing what I eat, I could care less. I am embarrassed for myself for having eaten what I did. I guess that's my own brand of self sabatoge

I don't know that like a double edged sword. I made my goal taking just so I can keep track of how much I am eating, maybe I just need a new approach to how I view tracking. I am starting today, I have started it before but I have never managed to complete all 30 days. I decided that if I make it through all thirty days then I will reward myself with a spa day. I keep plain almonds, boiled eggs, and washed/cut veggies on hand for easy access snacks. Oh and veggie sticks if I want more crunchy snacks.

Turning 30 on 3.20!! SW: 300 CW: 283.3 GW: 199 (for now, I have a long way to go so ill re-evaluate once i get there more like 130-140 though) height: 5'2" I'm excited to start 30 with a healthier mindset. My goal is more the healthier eating aspect though. To set a good example for my 6 year old.

I am a college student as well. My go to snacks are natural unsalted almonds (12-15 almonds) or string cheese or a hardboiled egg or 1 tbsp peanut butter with celery. my dad has been taking them and got the okay from his doctor because he is diabetic, but it was more to jumpstart the weightloss since he has been trying for a year with little success. he took them for about a month but the stopped and his weight is still going down.. so i would say yes... but i havent taken them myself.
