from my experience with them I didn't gain weight but I still had the moodiness once a month for awhile with them and i would eat horribly so I would keep an eye out for that. Otherwise I loved my iud and being period free!

i'm supposed to eat 2100 calories a day and now that i am watching everything that i eat im lucky to get 1500! unless it comes to chinese food then i found out i can eat all the daily calories lol. question though how exactly do you mix your ingredients. i know everyone does it differently but i like to follow a recipe as much as possible when i have one.
