im 5' 2 1/4" my goal is 155-165lbs. i weighed in today at 216.8 so only 51.8-61.8lbs to go. its very doable to me now. /i started my journey at my heaviest of 265 but really got active about it at 253. love the feeling of liking myself again.

click the apps tab. then click on the bmr tab. hit calculate and it will adjust the calories. I try to do that once a week to keep the calorie count as accurate as possible.

i try to weigh myself everyday but don't log it on here but twice a week (sometimes daily depends on my mood). seeing the scale everyday keeps me motivated to keep going. I know the weight won't come off over night as it was not gained over night. good luck with your decision.
