I have lost 17 pounds and MFP has only reduced my calories one time and it was a 50 calorie reduction. Is this normal? My girlfriend has lost 11.5 pounds and it hasn't ever reduced her calories one time. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks!

click the apps tab. then click on the bmr tab. hit calculate and it will adjust the calories. I try to do that once a week to keep the calorie count as accurate as possible.0

Unless it is already at 1200. 1200 is MFP's safety net.0
