I never told anyone i was trying to lose weight and no one noticed anything until i said something my self. That was 60lbs down. I has lost like 4 sizes - amazing no one had even noticed!

You slowly introduce carbs back in to your diet. When you stop losing weight, that's your maintenance level :)

This ^^ Besides, it's not like you're never going to be eating carbs again. I'm on atkins and you slowly bring carbs back - the good ones anyways. I absolutely love low carb, i'm in for life as well :)

I guess that all depends on how you feel. I don't wear heels because i would like to be taller, i wear them cause i love beautiful shoes (and damn, heels are beautiful). It would be kind of unfair that just cause you're tall you have to limit your options. I guess what i'm really trying to say: you should be able to wear…

Hah, this is a great point. Personally i don't expect a guy to be taller than me when i wear heels. I would be really nice, but not necessary at all.

My favorite pair is a wedge and i think i could run a marathon in them. I just bought a new pair of skyscraper stilettos so i'll probably fall on my face too! haha

I know, but honestely. Heels does sooo much good for you. I've never found a pair of flats that did the same for me as heels..I wish :D
