  • Hi, I just joined today. I am ready to particpate and live a healthier life. I am learning not to make myself wrong if I do eat a donut. It's okay to eat unhealthy on occassion. I try to follow the 80/20 rule. Maybe someday I will get it to 90/10.
  • Hi everyone, I too am back...again. Goal is 160 by month end. That will be equivalent to the 5 lbs I gained this holiday season and the 5 lbs I gained last holiday season. I know 10 lbs to loose in a month is a lot so I will deem 7 lbs an acceptable target.
  • This is good motivation to stay on track during Labor Day weekend and my vacation. SW (29/8/13) : 162lbs GW (end of sept) : 155 lbs Personal challenge: walk 30 mins at lunch minimum 3xweek. Yay, I'm excited. Can't wait to see the 150's again.
