I'm a cheese addict vegetarian currently transitioning to plant-based (healthy vegan) - it's not easy! But I also hate the way dairy makes me feel. I don't drink milk so cheese is my only real issue. Watch the documentary Forks Over Knives if you haven't already. Great motivation to commit to a plant strong diet! Good luck!

I discovered this a few years ago and now don't know how I lived without it! I bake the squash. There are usually directions on the squash (a sticker) but I cut it in half, scrap out the seeds and place the two halfs inside down on a baking sheet. I think I bake it for about 45 minutes at 350.
