Day 1and no exercise :(. Today got in 44 on the elliptical and some walking. Now to get 4at more good burns in! You ladies are doing great! My oils are nonexistent today.

As can be seen in my diary, healthy oils is a big problem for me and I love the idea of saying something positive about myself each day BUT my exercise has seriously suffered lately so I'm going to challenge myself to get at least 30 minutes a day NOT including walking for at least 5 out of the 7 days. Thankfully no sweet attack today LOL! I tried to repair some of yesterday's damage by a bit more exercise than what I've done lately. Of course, I need to do that anyway:) Hope everyone's having a sweet free day!

So I'm just reading this after eating 2 candy bars PLUS a raisin cinnamon bun! I don't know what happened to me today! I'm glad it's the challenge this week; when I eat sweets it's not easy to stop. This should help. Good luck all!

The Air Force put me on 800 cals to lose wt when I was younger (retired 19 yrs ago) so I can reply from experience:-) STOP! It killed my metabolism. I don't know how many health issues were related to that but after a few yrs I had lots of those, and still do! I found Weight Watchers helpful and lost much more wt. It…
