6 pounds in a month is about right! Don't get discouraged. If you're losing in a healthy way, you'll only lose 1 or 2 pounds a month. I know it's frustrating when results take awhile to show, but it's worth the wait!

My highest weight was 246, and I'm 226 now. Trying to make it back to where I was in high school (I'm 27) which was a size 12 and somewhere between 160 and 180. I feel that's how I looked my best, but, like others have said, I might reevaluate things when I get there!
