  • Weight fluctuation from what you're putting in your body throughout the day. Only weigh in the morning, and don't weigh everyday either.
  • Looking great! And your hair is fabulous in all pics.
  • Some people are sensitive because they never like to think of themselves as fat. And having lost weight, looking slimmer, is pretty much saying at one point, yeah, they were a little pudgier. I think this is just being way too sensitive. Having lost weight, to where it's noticeable is quite the compliment to me. Of course,…
  • You're not being harsh in any way, or even misunderstanding. She has a job, she's tired, has stuff at home, but I highly doubt that makes up her whole life. It just seems, as mean as it may sound, she doesn't want to hang out with you. That may not be true, but if she has made commitments and at the last minute cut, she…
  • I find the "big boy weights" part most insulting, as if heavy weights aren't for women. Please. I'd ignore him and do what works for you.
  • 900 of cardboard will make your body starve. Eat more, and drink lots of water.
  • I try to eat as little as possible. My calories are 1,580...so if I gain some calories back, I try not to go over that number by much. I would never eat them all back because it's always hard to accurately tell how many you burned.
  • Yes. Every size has skinny jeans. My problem with skinny jeans is they're typically too long.
  • I don't get any comments, despite every shirt I own showing cleavage. I probably wouldn't at work, especially a professional job, but otherwise...I don't see a problem with showing cleavage. It's a really hot summer. Wear what keeps you cool. Let people get pissed off. It's probably just jealousy.
  • Born, raised, and still live in Delaware.
  • I would have opened my mouth in a very bad way, and pointed out those many beer cans, lol. I know how it feels, when you're eating in public, and all people can think is that you're so fat. I don't know why people think that overweight people shouldn't eat. Everyone needs to eat. And you see thin people stuffing their face…
  • I drink caffeine free diet code everyday. 1-2 cans. I used to drink...probably 5, but I cut down. Besides the small amount of sodium they have, I'm not sure /what's/ in them that's so bad for you, but I wouldn't cut out soda completely. Not at all. Just moderate.
  • Simple--never ate very good in my life, blew up in third grade, and continued gaining since then. I have never got to experience being anything less than overweight.
  • At the moment, trying to just track calories. I stay under carbs and fat anyways. I eat whatever I want, even fast food, it it fits and doesn't make me go over.
  • Bikinis, definitely. Matching bra/panty sets. Crop tops. Definitely the crop tops.
  • At the moment, once a week. I might cut back to two weeks if weight loss seems to be slowing down. Sometimes I feel like I want to weigh or measure myself everyday, desperate to see some sort of results, but I realize that it just doesn't work like that, so I'm fighting that need.
  • I had that effect on my boyfriend when he moved in with me, actually. He gained weight, because me and my family were already quite unhealthy eaters. But now we're working together to lose the weight. :D
  • Not sure that's true for me. I'm not even sure I burned 1,000 calories the first week, but I still lost a decent amount of weight. Might have been just water weight from finally drinking enough water, but still. I don't know how one can burn more than they eat. I thought eating around your calorie goal and simply…
  • Spicy beef. Doesn't sound too appetizing.
  • I've heard exercise and diet change can affect your cycle, but when I say affect it, I mean stopping it. I've never heard of anyone having more than the usual periods because of diet and exercise. Of course, I'm not a doctor. I would definitely go to your doctor to find out what's up.
  • I borrowed The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks from a friend. Been so long since I managed to get nearly half-way through a book, haha. I'm also trying to read Dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris, part of The Southern Vampire Mysteries/True Blood series. I was reading 50 Shades of Grey until I dropped it. Totally awful book.
  • When I was younger, I slept with a nightlight, but no noise, unless I was using a fan. Need about the same now. My TV is usually on and I always have a fan on. I just can't sleep in the dark and complete silence. Definitely my mind going crazy, but I tend to see/hear things if I'm in the dark and silence.
  • What is it with thin women thinking they look chunky? I don't even see thick thighs at all, but if you happen to have them, it's not that big of a deal. It's more than likely muscle if you work your legs. I think you're fine the way you are.
  • What a huge difference in appearance! You don't even look 219. Congrats!
  • If you're full, stop eating. It's never good to over-stuff yourself. Try to make room for a snack in your diet? That way if you do get hungry, you can have that snack.
  • Okay, if he does wanna see it for the guys, I wouldn't be /worried/. In case some people on this site are forgetting, guys can be bisexual and married to a woman at the same time. And I've read that there wasn't even that many scenes, and it was more storyline than anything? Personally I think it looks like a terrible…
  • You fit in a bikini, and if anything, you might have a tummy. I want to be able to wear a bikini, so I would think your size is just perfect. But if you feel a little too meaty, build muscle instead of trying to drop your weight.
  • I'm 20 years old. Joined just two weeks ago.
  • Tattoos can be nice, and they can be too much. For me, it's not my thing, so I don't have any. I have considered them, but as I got older, I realized that something permanent on my body is too much of a commitment when my interests always change.
  • People have already asked me, and I'm not insulted, but I wasn't even trying to give advice. I wouldn't give advice on losing weight or gaining weight, I just tell people what I'm doing. I wasn't in no way giving advice, but it's common sense to know what these types of people do is dangerous. And it bugs me, so I spoke…
