Thank you so much for this article! Since i started my new temp job which requires me to wake up at 6:15 for my commute, I've only been getting on average 5-6 hours of sleep per night. Most grain-based carbs are 1/2 cup serving, cooked. Think of the most common ones: cereal, pasta, rice. All are usually 1/2-3/4 cup for a serving, but it depends on the brand, the variety, etc...
