  • my challenge week is going pretty good...i have had two of the physical conditioning classes so far this week and that was 1 1/2 hours of combined stregnth/circuit training and cardio....and i am going to head out with the dogs tonight for some more cardio :)

  • sounds like a good challenge to me...i am taking a pe class at school (physical conditioning) so that should help for part of the challenge today...then i am going to the gym...i gotta get back in there lol. so i will see how everything goes today :)
  • ok so i didnt get to the gym this weekend...but i did move my mom with little help so i definately burned some calories...it was non stop moving and lifting for hours so i feel a little better about missing the gym :) and today its physical condition (class) and then off to the gym..this week i am going to make it happen…

  • what do you do to stretch your shins? i have shin pain when i run and i thought it was shin splints and jsut had to deal with it...any advice? id try antyhing at this point lol.
  • what about addidng reps/minutes to a work out everyday? like if you do crunches/ push ups ect add 10 more a day each time you work out....day 1 - 10, day 2-20 ect. or if you are doing more cardio add 10/15 minutes each time...

  • ugh...i havent been able to seem to find the time this week so far to get out there. i am leaving on a work trip on saturday and all the getting ready hasnt left me with me time (or energy for that matter) to get out there and walk. hopefully tomorrow will be better
  • i did the same thing...went out and ate all the wrong things....i need to find a way to stop making birthdays ect an excuse for eating all the bad things :) tomorrow is going to be better though...my end goal is whats driving me right now...my husband is coming home from iraq in feb for 2 weeks so i plan on shocking him!
