There's a CrossFit gym that just opened up near me, within walking distance. I checked out their website, and it looks hard! I am obese and have been mostly sedentary, so I'm way out of shape. Would they really be able to modify the exercises so even I could do it?

Hmmm... I tried this, and it told me I'm a 46DD. No way that's right! I usually wear a 42C, and the cups are actually a little too big for me.

I love Zumba! I'm in! :D I just checked on the Zumba calories website, and I burn 1105 calories an hour at high intensity... WOW! Just to clarify, are we supposed to post a photo every week, or just post how much we've lost, or...? I doubt my photo would look that different every week.
