There are TONS of bodyweight exercise you can do that will leave you sore. Get a chin up bar; do your pushups with your feet elevated on the couch (or do one arm); try one-legged squats, etc. Check out LovingFit, Amanda Russel and Frank Medrano for ideas and inspiration.

I am 5'6.75" and 127 pounds and 19% bodyfat. I have before pics from about 150# (and 30% bodyfat) and I have pics from now. Huge difference! I went from a 32" waist to a 25.5" waist! The absolute worst ones for me are any comments (directed at me or not) about looking like a man, getting too muscular, losing "curves" (ie. fat boobs and fat butt). I don't recall it being acceptable to tell people they had too many curves, too much cellulite, were too weak, flabby or untoned, etc. I agree, these people…
