Hi! Exercise is a hard part for me but I just make it part of my day. I pack my gym bag & I don't stop anywhere else on the way home except the gym. I just make myself go. Even on Friday nights, I make sure I go after work & make plans for later because I will usually be eating out or something. I can get bored sometimes…

Hi! I take a women's multivitamin and one for hair/nails and skin....I notice a difference in myself when i take vitamins and i don't get sick :wink:

I'm about 5'0 (really 4'11" but i don't always claim it) and i have the same end goal in mind. right now, i'd like to get to 200, which is alot of pounds away and sometimes i seriously feel like it is a lifetime away. but i'll get there! don't give up! good luck :)
