  • This week i'm gonna try getting up at 3am and doing 30ds before i go to work for 5am. then i can focus on hiking when i get out and with any luck top it all off with a round of Jackie Warner. crunch time for me friends wedding id 6wks away and I WILL look good in that dress :) Thanks for all the motivation on here it makes…
  • managed to get thru day 2 even in the 98 degree/humid as hell weather yesterday :/ went much better than day 1 and not really sore today. hope it keeps getting better :)
  • I'm in. I just started hiking about a hour or more a week ago and did 30ds sunday morning. had to take a few days off my legs hurt like so bad when i walk, bent over or crouched down:( all in the back of the thighs. managed to do another hike today so ill do the 30ds again tomorrow.
