  • I actually love using Nutritional Yeast to cook Vegan Mac & Cheese. The nutritional yeast gives the recipe a salty, yet cheesy taste that I've always loved. I'm sure most Vegan Mac & Cheese recipes on VegWeb include it as one of the main ingredients. Most recipes call for at least a cup, so keep that in mind!
