Really!?!?! Hmmmm, I don't quite know what to think about that. If I am only eating 1250 calories today and then I burn 800 in my 2 hour workout, that is really very few calories.... THANK YOU so much for sharing what Bob's take on this is, I appreciate it (and am now even more confused!!!)

I am guessing this is why the book says do not have a Splurge Meal until you are done with the first 2 weeks :-)

I am too early in to give any real motivation to anyone else. BUT, I feel so good! The lack of "garbage" carbs seems to really agree with me! Today I drank my coffee without any sweetener (I had been doing 1 tsp per morning) and I actually LIKED it?? I would have never thought!

I think the rules are really great! At the end of week #1 I did not do as great as I would have hoped at FOLLOWING the rules. Trying to jump back in starting today!
