  • Calorie allowance 1200 Height 5'7" weight 141 I work out 3-5 times a week doing whatever I feel like. Usually Body Pump 1-2 times a week, Boot Camp or Tabata 1 time a week and I run/walk 2-3 times a week for a few miles. I usually eat (or drink!) my extra calories earned. GW-125-130
