Are you taking measurements?? you could be replacing fat with muscle and that is a great thing, but tends to hold the scale back a bit....

Bananas, Tomatoes, Okra and Bell Peppers -- The first 3 are just SLIMY!!! and the 4th flat out gross... On the flip side I am weird in that I love Liver and Heart.... Liver being one of my favorite foods!!

But 30 cals here and there can add up quick! What if you ate 3 scrambled eggs?? That is 90 cals!! I would also use Raw and then if I by chance add something to it, I account for that separately....

Peanut butter is about 200 cals for only 2Tbs.... Have some as a snack and really boost your cals with minimum intake if you are not feeling hungry...

For that mindless snacking that I feel like I just MUST have something, but I am not at all hungry, I snack on crushed ice... gives me the feeling of eating something without the cals.... Although it is high in sodium, I also like frozen pickle juice.... VERY LOW cal there, I count each cube as 5 Cals tho I don't believe…

Yes to the thyroid check, but also try seeing a nutritionist instead of a MD... Md's take VERY few classes on nutrition.....

I brew my own by the gallon, Daily.... I go through that much... :blushing: I also mix 2 family sized bags of regular black tea with 2 small bags of flavored green tea to get different flavors based on my mood...
