The Breed is not all bad and should not be judged on a whole by some inbred bad apples!! I went to http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html and figured your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and at Lightly Active, which I think about suits your job... you should be taking in close to 1800 cal / day to maintain your current weight... for Moderately active it would be about 2000...

and to be honest, even if I DID need a trainer I would not pay one a TOTAL of 600 for 6mo much less 600/mo!!!

You only FAIL if you GIVE UP!!! I have Choc Cake almost every night, as long as it is within my cal goal!! BTW, MFP has the sugar macro set REALLY low.... Most people go over every day, just by eating a couple pcs of fruit!

If your macro levels are still set at MFP's default %, then I would not worry about going over.... It is rather low... I changed mine. to me, I shoot for at least 100g protein a day.... Also, yes protein is good... it is what helps build muscle!!

I would maybe at least have a couple/3 TBS of Peanut Butter for protein and good fats.... and at 200 cal for 2T, that would up you at least a bit!

When I drop the 1st 50lbs, I am going to Coach Outlet for a new bag!!! I have always refused to spend that kind of $ on a purse, but I want one, so I figure 50lbs is worth that!!

I don't know about prevention, but corn starch helps it heal MUCH faster when I get this.....
