Find the Eat More to weigh less group on MFP and you'll find your explanation there!

1200 cals is NOT GOOD for anyone unless you are a bariatric patient! Even someone who is sedentary and doesn't exercise requires more calories just for every day living! If you are having a hard time "eating below" your threshold, my guess is that you will not sustain this for very long. The holidays are right around the…

I'm 5'8" and working my way to between 150- 165. I've always looked smaller than what I weighed so I'm aiming to get down to a low BF % with some muscular definition and hopefully that falls within that range.

Pure entertainment. This is a great thread!

I took my 14 year old sister to Aeropostale and I decided to try on a shirt, and to my surprise, I can fit their clothing! I walked out of there with a few shirts. Damn, I was very surprised and now have a new spot to shop!

I eat cheat meals whenever. You should never try to eliminate anything, just eat in moderation and work your *kitten* off to offset. After a while, I don't miss all of the delights I use to eat, except pizza! If you are being consistent and doing what you are supposed to do, eating what you want in moderation shouldn't…

That's all you have to do! Burn enough cals to compensate. I love pizza and will NEVER give up!

Oscar Meyer thick cut! But it's on sale like every three months so we get Gwaltney hardwood bacon.

I know, right ! First it was a struggle to cut back eating, now I am having trouble eating enough! I never thought I would see this day!

I have cut back my cardio! I went from 30-45 min daily to about 20 min daily! So I average around 300 cals burned outside of my lifting. ( sigh)

I agree. For someone starting out on their fitness journey, it can be torture and very obsessive. You truly have to understand and accept things like muscle weighing more than fat, water retention, etc. If you don't understand those and similar variables, it can derail your efforts, trust me I know.

I agree with the previous post. As a former Super Nighttime Binger, I keep myself preoccupied OR I just go to bed. I try to catch up on some work, clean, or whatever else I can do so I am not eating while I am bored. As a last resort, I just go upstairs AWAY from the kitchen and I NEVER keep any delights ( food) upstairs.…

Here in Atlanta, we have this bakery called Cami Cakes and those red velvet cupcakes DESTROY my diet every time. Each cupcake have to be about 500 calories and I can eat 4 @ a time. They are SOOOOOO addictive. And to add insult to injury, my mother ALWAYS have them at her house. UGGGGH!

We need to blame society. Bad food is cheap and to eat healthy, you have to pay more. 20 nuggets for 5 dollars at Mickey D's be healthy? There's no way that can be real meat in my opinion. I attribute my upbringing to my past eating habits as well. I grew up on pizza, fries, cheesesteaks, and everything else greasy.…

Blast fat with interval training and different types of squats. Big thighs run in my family and that is the way I tone them up. It wouldn't be bad to incorporate lunges and body weight exercises either to help shape up your legs.

I like to do interval sprints on the treadmill and body weight exercises. Tabata is killer if you want to blast fat in a very short workout session.
