  • I'm late but I've been looking for this. I can't give up my ranch! Simple and sounds yummy! I like salads for lunch. Quick, easy and light but feel horrible for putting ranch on them! :( But this might just work. I like "thicker" ranch as well.
  • Tostitos Multigrain scoops and Queso...I really can't have it in the house. I literally can devour a jar by myself if I'm not careful. And twelve tortilla chips is not enough. Now I only try to have it when it is being served at someone else's house. I know I will not over indulge at someone else house. lol
  • I noticed that their Spring Salad mix is often cheaper than Kroger's for the same amount! Also I love their orange dried cranberries and they have a really big selection of unsalted nuts. When I'm in the mood for trail mix Hubby and I definitely go there!

  • I'm starting 30 Day Shred tomorrow. I had a Target gift card laying around and since I needed to run there to get soap and I said...hmmm lets stroll over to the fitness section and what did I find....this DVD everyone is talking about. I'll track my stats at Day 1, (considering Day 15) and definitely Day 30. I've never…
  • Thanks for posting. I was wondering! Couldn't get to the gym today so Just Dance will have to do!
  • I just started Couch to 5K today. I was astounded at what I could do just on day 1. Sometimes we set mental limitations on what we think we can do. Although I at some points I didn't stay on pace for the intervals (took longer than 90 seconds to recover; closer to 2 min), I made sure I pushed to run (really jog) my entire…
  • I definitely eat my emotions and I also at times don't notice until the deed is done. Now that I realize I'm an emotional eater...I try to watch out for situations that will trigger overheating. For instance, I was upset about something last night & had the urge to jump in the car & hit up McDonald's for a fix. I even went…
