I subscribe to LIVEEXERCISE.com. It has really expanded over the years and they have live shows on a schedule or they have a ton of archived shows that you can do anytime. It is by subscription which really is inexpensive compared to doing the same dvd over and over. Log on and look it over...there is something for everyone

I think you need to find your own motivation as these are all good suggestions. I have to get up early to let the dogs out so I allow myself some time to sit for a moment and DRINK WATER. Usually the dehydration is the reason I don't want to get started. That usually wakes me up enough to get going. I work out in my home…

I totally agree with this....it is only one day. I just make sure I exercise and get in a workout at least 2 days prior and 2 days after. I try for no "Skip" days. around this time of year

congratulations. You really look good and you are an inspiration. I love when you say that you do not deprive yourself. If you want it you eat it in moderation. GREAT POINT. Good Luck on the next leg of your journey.

I really get into the Tae Bo. Yes it seems dated, but it is cardio kickboxing that really kicks you in the butt especially when you use the resistance bands. I have to change it up though because any DVD can get boring after awhle.

I definitly found cutting back to be the best. Cold turkey may be difficult. I actually started drinking more because of the summer time. I justify it by making sure I get good food and calories in and a good exercise in and then look at my calories for the day. If my diary says I can handle a drink, I may have one without…
