i hate loggin a "bad" food. I had a bad few days cause my daughters bought me jaffa cakes with their money to "cheer me up. Yeah thanks girls real happy now lol.

my husband and I have very different ideas of what time morning "starts" stick with your plan and then go back to "bed" or just have breakfast together.

cant help with any but i do know most gyms have guys that come in to repair their stuff. Maybe if you call your local gym and ask who they use??
