i've found a couple great websites you might like. crockingirls.com and lifeaccordingtoeggface.com. the first is a great slow cooker site with lots of healthy recipes, the second is a blog by a woman that had bypass surgery. i have found some great recipes on pinterest. love that site. hope this helps.

I had my sleeve done August 21st. It's been great, the surgery was very easy. i eat about a third cup of food at a time. it was quarter cup at the beginning and even that was rough to get down, it's only about 600 calories a day. I had my sleeve done August 21 with Dr. Northup in Cincinnati. It's been great so far. Very little pain. Started pureed food on 3rd day after surgery.
