I completed day 2 yesterday. I did better than I did on day 1, but I can't wait for it to be easy! How soon did some of you see results? I took my measurements and I probably won't remeasure until I start level two.

Hi, I read somewhere, and I'm not sure if it was here or on a review of the 30 Day Shred, that someone saw results after day 7 or 8. I will do day 3 today, and I can't wait to see results. I'm hoping my arms and butt will see some results the most. Good luck!

Eating an ounce of any kind of nut considered very healthy. There's a number of health benefits, and the fat helps keep your skin looking younger and maintain thickness. I make a point of working an ounce of almonds in my snacks nearly daily. Definitely keep up with incorporating nuts into your diet. :)

I'd like just about anything from the 40's. I love 40's-inspired clothes and they seemed to fit my body type well. Believe it or not, it's not easy to find clothes that fit an hourglass shape. Never enough room in the hips and bust, and too much room in the waist.

It's also about biology. We're supposed to be attracted to healthy mates because healthy mates = healthy offspring. That's why I think there's a natural lack of attraction to any extreme -- both obesity and skinniness.

I go over in my protein almost daily and it hasn't been a problem at all. Just as some of the others said, it fills you up, just stick to lean proteins and you'll be fine. :)

Personality-wise, I like that I'm bubbly and optimistic. Physically, I like my stomach -- it stays relatively flat even when I'm heavier.

OMG, I loved Alan Wake! I was very disappointed in Alan Wake's American Nightmare, though. :( I'm playing Rayman Origins right now and it's so super adorbz you can't help being happy when you play it.

Here's something that helps me keep track of how long I've played Just Dance. The second I pull up the dance selection, I check into Just Dance 3 on Get Glue. Immediately after I'm done playing, I go to Facebook and view on my profile exactly how many minutes I played so I can enter it on MFP. Oh, and I took Kelly's advice…

Thanks!! It's been better than I thought it would be. It'd definitely a slower process losing weight after 40, but it's not THAT bad. And yeah, stupid womanly monthly thing. I already punched Mother Nature in the face. I need to do that again.

An ex-boyfriend told me that we hadn't been intimate for two months because I was, "too fat to *kitten*." Lovely, eh? No one deserves that, regardless of their weight, but the clincher is...I weighed about 115 lbs at the time. I'm 5'2'.

I think I'm going to stick to daily. I've only had one day where my weight went up by half a pound (probably water weight). All the other times my weight has stayed the same or gone down. I seem to average .4 lbs of loss after a day of staying the same. Fine with me. :)

When I was hired by Ubisoft they sent me a water bottle. If I fill it twice I've had my 8 cups a day, so that's how I guage mine. I'm still not up to 8, btw. I'm hitting around 6 at this point. I find it kind of hard to drink that much water at first and need to work myself up. I avoid artificial sweeteners, too. I don't…

I'm 5'1.5" (I usually just say 5'2") and my goal is 125. I've lost 10lbs already, two of them since joining up here, which was last week.

I'm still on the fence. I think I will do daily for a while and if I find that I get too freaked out or down on myself for some fluctuation, I'll go to weekly.
