Been losing steadily since Jan 2011. Moved to University September 2011 and I guess eating less became more normal and walking to Uni everyday etc helped me lose quite a bit. Then this Summer I ramped things up by going to the gym and watching what I ate. So, in brief, I guess you could say just under 2 years. But really…
