  • Pretty much anything by dragonforce, young money records, birdman, tpain, and usher.
  • Usually I get stared at on the bus, and I tried out several techniques but decided on the Arnold Schwarzenegger terminator slow head turn. You slowly turn your head until you make eye contact. Keep a straight face. Make eye contact with the person. They will usually feel uncomfortable and look away. Unless they are a…
  • Sure some men are shallow. However, being in bad shape indicates lack of structure and self control in ones life. That is what is most unattractive about overweight people.
  • Have you ever tried to eat two-three times your weight in protein? Yeah. You ain't getting all of that from food. That would be 3.7lbs of chicken breast a day. That is why protein supplements exist. Lol. Unlike my dad's day where he would buy what protein he could afford (actual food > protein) and would eat cow tongue…
  • Uhh, Mcdonalds and energy drinks. If a drink can burn off the outer coating of a penny, you should be scared. If the same drink can't do anything to a hamburger, run away from both.
  • As with all diets go for three weeks minimum.
  • If you are getting stronger every week I wouldn't worry about it.
  • AND YOU WIN! "You won't find anything that has the same nutritional value and will cost less." Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
  • You should add me, on an average day I eat <30 grams of fat and over 150 grams of protein (maintaining right now, starting to bulk in a week, after my final). Maintain at least a 140-160 heart rate the entire time I'm at the gym.
  • The people who have the self-discipline to take care of themselves often succeed past those who don't. Many employers will subconsciously pick the more attractive person over others. Others will consciously do this as they are attracted (not sexually) towards people who have shown their perseverance in day-to-day life.…
  • I would warn against them, one a day for a year caused me some liver issues. Had to go cold turkey because I was having side pains and could not stay healthy. That was five months ago and I haven't had one since. They are also super addictive (at least for me).
  • You can keep your back and head on the ground and slowly raise your legs up to your chest.
  • As everyone is going to say, do cardio eat healthier and that's how you get better abs. Ab workouts? Hanging leg raises, decline crunches, running (tense your core to bring the legs up, it can be good after other ab workouts), bicycles, etc... You should use a forum like body building . com. They have a workout database…
  • Hey man- Finally someone who is my age/situation. I only got up to 185 but my lean weight was around 115-125. I can understand the drinking, I've never but I have seen what it does to people. The key to not stopping is to figure out something else that you enjoy. If you like weight lifting do it, if you can't stand it then…
  • ...okay. So does the protein powder they are already taking.
  • Disagree, workout like that. Look at diets that will allow you to recover. With my high protein diet I'm never sore for more than a day. Even though I push myself harder than most people do.
  • I would recommend splinting those shakes up into two different meals as many people (imo) digest more protein when consumed in smaller quantities. I recommend finding a type of nut that he likes to snack on, for example 8 walnuts is over 200 calories. If you do want 1000-1500 cal shakes then I would recommend a mass…
  • Plain espresso. Get a machine that has pods, it makes delicious espresso.
  • I drink between two and three gallons a day and at first it sucks but after a few weeks you pee at the normal rate and feel a lot more hydrated.
  • I'm a guy who has never cheated. But I have seen the men who cheat on their significant others and they lack the maturity to respect their significant other. Usually just want to be getting it and not dealing with the consequences. My take? If someone cheats on you, unless something dramatic happens in their life (almost…
  • Go to your doctors/nutritionist and have your blood tested. Then follow your doctors instructions. Some people don't need vitamins. Most people do. Getting your body running at 100% is a massive help to loosing weight.

  • This might not be helpful, but there are some preworkout supplements. If you take a quarter/half scoop of something like Cellucor's C4 extreme you will defiantly work out. I mean, you will DEFIANTLY work out.
  • IT'S PEOPLE LIKE THIS THAT IS RUINING THIS COUNTRY. NO SPORTS ARE WON BY CLEAN ATHLETES ANYMORE BECAUSE OF PRO-JUICING PROPAGANDA MADE BY THOSE AFFILIATED WITH THE JUICE DEALERS. I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist.
  • I had two gallons of strongly died blue water. Did nothing to my bowl movements to my disappointment... hey, I was curious.
  • I wouldn't recommend it. It separates really fast and doesn't mix back quite the same way. Some don't do that, but what I consider the better protein powders do that.
  • From the composure of the powder the Jay Robb is a terrible deal. Get a 5lb container of ON 100% whey protein or BSN Syntha-6.
  • If it encourages you I wrote this for another forum posting: If I were to quote a chemical dependency councilor I know, alcohol reduces your metabolism by ~70% depending on average stats. And excessive drinking over time causes your liver to swell from the toxins causing the 'beer gut' people think is just from all the…
  • If I were to quote a chemical dependency councilor I know, alcohol reduces your metabolism by ~70% depending on average stats. And excessive drinking over time causes your liver to swell from the toxins causing the 'beer gut' people think is just from all the carbs. Everything in moderation and if you are struggling with…
  • Increase your water intake to about a gallon or slightly less since you are a female. This will boost your metabolism, help digest vitamins and necessary nutrients, and you would be surprised how little food you actually need while drinking enough water (don't starve yourself, just helps keep you in the right range). I…
