  • Relax. It sounds like you just need to take a five minute walk by yourself to calm down. People this time of year get wayyyy to stressed out.
  • Yeah! Stick it to the scientists! Listen to the alternative medical doctors! Obviously others are uneducated because they don't believe in what you do... except you don't know how to use proper grammar. I am no sheep. Really? I wouldn't normally treat people like this, but I can't pass up an opportunity to bash on…
  • Didn't that doctor get verbally b****-slapped by the fda? Also, why do you believe anyone who thinks vaccines are hurting more than they are helping?
  • Google why you shouldn't buy from gnc, read for five minutes and then go to amazon .com. The only fat loss supplements I know of that work are a) potentially dangerous, and have insufficient testing, b) illegal. c) Have very little effect for how much they cost.
  • Someone's logic for eating frequently is that you might as well count allotted calories in a week. Where do you draw that line? People count daily calories because they know they need to eat frequently but they are too lazy to eat every few hours. But then why not eat every five minutes? Seriously, your metabrolism would…
  • I owe you five solid minutes of laughter after I youtubed the air climber.
  • Make some spaghetti out of it.
  • I don't think 60 calories are going to break anyone's diet. If you are having ten a day... nothing is healthy in extreme.
  • I'm guessing it's because they are tools, but I bet if you were to watch a pro powerlifter they probably wear a mouth guard. Something to keep them from crushing the teeth together.
  • Angry drivers. I know it can be frustrating, but are you seriously going to waste your time being mad at people you don't even know? Not to mention anyone I have ever heard of complain about bad drivers themselves have some bad habits.
  • Learn how to walk. No offense meant. Go see a physical therapist and ask them how to walk/run. Proper walking form is pretty rare nowadays.

  • Curious, where do it mention that? [/quote] I don't know what translation this is but: http://nlt.scripturetext.com/psalms/90.htm
  • A wild bot enters the room.
  • I would say not, simply because (if I had kids) I wouldn't want my daughter to wear that. I don't mean to offend, but you asked for honesty.
  • One of my college roommate was an alcoholic furry. Led to a really difficult studying environment. He also had a dragon costume that was wayyyyy to elaborate for any mental stable person. So I saw a few things on his computer when he was drunk/high that I really wish I could unsee.
  • I ate approx 1000 calories a day for two years, sometimes less, sometimes only one meal a day, when I was obese and over weight. It was not fun but it did not hurt me. I had the fat reserves for it. My hormones were fine, my doctors said I was healthy. Now I'm under 12% BF and I can't eat that low but I still eat pretty…
  • Kinda sorta. Really, these forums are potentially dangerous due to the amount of absolutes (you can't do that, do this). People need to go get blood tests and a physical to determine dietary requirements.
  • Correct. HCG is a hormone produced during pregnancy and is banned due to its potential to give one cancerous tumors. HCG that is sold in walmart is water with additives to keep you barely alive long enough to empty your bank accounts. A very dangerous fad diet.
  • roflcopter. Hcg is illegal in the US.
  • OMG! Someone made a forum post on a weight loss site. This has dramatically changed my way of thinking. Yeah, no. People need to stop offering unwanted advice they read on the internet.
  • Casein protein. Hydrolyzed whey protein is meant for rapid absorption into the blood stream. Casein is meant to be digested over six to eight hours. Will keep you full longer and keep your blood sugar for spiking or something.
  • Yeah, usually based off of lean bodyweight. If you are eating 3000 cal a day in lean, healthy food its quite easy.
  • Well, yes and no. Since it is from bb.com they are trying to get you to buy a heck of a lot of stuff (See Kris Gethin's dtp, he has like $500 of stuff for one month) and so the only things you "need" if you so choose: Creatine, 5g before and after workout from any decent brand (don't get a walmart one because of possible…
  • Hello information! Even if it seems like it's not important, giving out any personal information more than what you absolutely have to.
  • Well, I would destroy the engine if I removed the exhaust since the turbo wouldn't have the correct backpressure and misfire. Engine swap, cobb turbo back + accessport, 3k in suspension w/ proper race tuning, sway bars, slightly modified front end, lower profile (slightly wider) pirelli p-zero neros, steel front and rear…
  • '02 Cobb WRX. Different engine, holds boost 1000 rpms through redline... but I haven't ever gotten that high since That would be over seventy in second and the noise curve goes from 96db at idle to 106 at redline. Pull in every cop in the area.
  • They should rename it how smart do you think you are. Because those questions can't determine how smart an individual is.
  • Protein and carbohydrates are the leanest sources of calories. Of those, I find that protein keeps me fuller longer. I would readjust the settings to be 40/40 cabs and protein or something similar.
  • Find a workout program that includes the right amount of strength training and cardio that you like, then follow it every single day without fail. If you find a workout program to do, you will most likely get more work done on a consistent basis.
  • If you have a yard buy a load of gravel and a wheelbarrow. Scoop gravel into the wheelbarrow, push it in circles and then dump it. Move the pile from one area to another. Do this for two hours a day. Better workout than pretty much anything else.
