You could try wrestling bears, that will wake you up! I just stick with tea and honey (we raise our own bees so we've got plenty of it) and drink peppermint tea for all it's qualities for your system. And a glass of water as soon as you wake up to get your organs and joints woke up as well.

So I often find myself eating pickles in the middle of the night. I sleepwalk to the kitchen and get out the jar and a fork. Maybe I'm low on salt... So anyhow I don't think this could be too bad as I'm keeping food in my metabolism and the pickles have no calories to log so...

So if you like the Turkey Bacon, up here in Alaska a local company has started making Salmon Bacon. It tastes awesome, and the fats are actually good for you (Omega 3 fish oil). If they get enough sales they are planning on exporting to all the little states down south... :happy:

My German Shepherd's name is Ajax. He was twice the size of his siblings so the name seemed fitting, he's a Titan. He has very solid hip structure despite his size. His parents are from Germany and Czech.

I just started doing Yoga. I've always weight lifted and done Martial Arts (among other sports), but I had no idea how inflexable I had become until I started. Adding Yoga & Pillades to my regimen a few days a week!:wink:
