it's not a huge surprise to me that the calipers were way off... the guy that runs the gym i go to said that above 15-20% body fat, calipers are less accurate than bodpods, etc

there are two ideal times to run.. for the first ideal time... there is usually a time of day that you have more energy than any other time of day (probably somewhat related to your circadian rhythm... but for me it's 1-3pm) the second one is when you have time to do it... which for me, is evening time
