I'm about 15 lbs out from my goal weight. I'm training for a 10 km to help keep me motivated and give me something positive to focus on.

Plank like it's your job (start from your knees and work up to a full on plank to avoid injury). Also: leg extensions. (Google lower back leg extensions.)

I'm fond of this cabbage roll casserole recipe: way easier than making actual cabbage rolls, delicious, and it freezes well. http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/01/kalyns-stuffed-cabbage-casserole.html

Oh man, when I was 20 weeks my mom told me that I don't need to get any bigger. I was like my belly is literally going to be twice this size / fundal height. It's science. Then she got mad at me when I told her her weight comments were unehlpful and she stopped talking to me for a few days.

I find it tastes better not made in the crockpot! I make enough for me for 3 days, and put them in single serving dishes so I can easily heat them up in the morning. Favourite combo = (heated up frozen) banana + peanut butter + cinnamon.

This is great advice. Maybe also be careful with the HIT training as you rack up your mileage. I've found it is easier to get injured (due to muscle tiredness) when increasing mileage and doing high impact activities.

I am due April 22!

So much advice! Just chat with your midwife, eat well, feel satisfied, and be happy. High fives.

I am 22 weeks pregnant! Tracking to ensure I eat well and to remind me to exercise.

My midwife also doesn't weigh me, just measures belly, encourages me to eat well and exercise a bit. I find this is a good ap for keeping track of what you eat and logging what you eat is a great reminder to maybe not have that pint of ice cream. Best of luck with your pregnancy!
