I'm not a resolutioner. I just woke up one morning and said i'm tired of being fat and unheatlhy! :) I have worked out at home only. I've been to the gym once with friends that have the planet fitness membership and let me tell you I feel your pain I had to wait for ANYTHING to clear.

Brought tears to my eyes thank you for sharing. Everyday I wake up knowing what I have to do and the changes I have made for the better of my health and to see my son grow up and grand kids later down the road. <3

I did plan ahead. I looked online but really wasn't finding what I wanted. Ended up making dinner at home and going out afterwards :)

I am 5'8" and my goal is to be 150. I've never been that before I've always been in the 200s so to be in the 100 wow can't wait.

I'd like to lose 150lbs all together My first goal is 30 second 35 third 40 so forth so on :) I've been working with my elliptical, and Zumba on kinect I have been losing weight but also feeling more energized and healthy! :)

Thank you ladies. Sorry for the such late response. We do shop at Save a lot. and normally eat turkey burger and chicken. Also there's never processed food in our cart. I have bottles that I refill daily so I can drink throughout the day. I just feel that there is a lack of fruit and veggies because make meals and meals…
