Polar fit
I'd really like the polarfit! The price is what's stopping me. I need something "hands free" while I work out. What works for you? Did you find a knock off brand that works? I wish someone would donate to the Monica doesn't want to spend 100 on it.

Runny nose while running?
o.O yeah It's probably been asked. While running or on the elliptical inside my nose seriously runs and runs. drip drip drip along with my sweat. I have a towel to wipe down every few seconds. I don't know what else to do i've used allergy medicine but any other suggestions? it's just plain ol annoying!

target thick thighs! Ahh!
I have always had thick?fat? lol thighs. What exercises help you? I run, I do squats (with weights as well), lunges, burpees. I have gained 1inch in my thighs since last month I presume from muscle?

Dear Zumba!
Dearest Zumba. You make working out fun and I can shake my chi chi's and not feel bad about it Lol. Also sometimes I have to swing my song over my back while I try and attempt dances at home but all in all i've seen 4inches gone from my waist and it's a great feeling. What are you a fanatic about!?

What's your schedule like?
For those moms who work. how do you fit in your work outs? and for those SAHM moms when do you? I used to when my son would nap ( he doesn't anymore)my husbands schedule is whacked since he went to 3rd shift HATE IT!.. by the time it's 8pm when i could work out all I want to do is slee[!!

Working Mothers losing the lbs gaining healthy life style
I want to encourage my friends who are mothers that work and take care of a household still have the ability to lose weight eat right and work out. If you are that mom please let me hear your story!! :) I would love to share it with fellow moms in my community to prove hard work pays off.

I have curly thick hair and I feel like since i wash my hair every day it dries out. I'm using leave in conditioner any other suggestions??

Help with food
I'm not the richest. But I have a family of 3 to feed, and have about 80$ a week to spend on groceries. Finding the right foods to eat on this limited budget is hard. Any feedback is helpful. :/
