How embarassing!

I started my journey last year. :( I lost 30lbs within 3 months. We moved to a new place and our money has become tight.. and now I don't even know where to begin. i was eating high protein and very little carbs next to no carbs actually. Now I have those 30lbs back. It's a new year I know everyone always wants to lose weight during the new year... but this is it for me.. I wake up exhausted the whole day I'm tired. I've never been this tired in my life!! I feel like I could sleep my life away. IF anyone has great meal plan recipes let me know. I feel like the food i'm putting in my body is killing me slowly.

    I saw an interesting tv show----I want to say it was in regards to the biggest loser diet? Anyway it was simple....think 4..3..2..1

    FOUR servings of fruits/veggies
    THREE servings of lean protein
    TWO servings of complex carbs
    ONE serving of fat/oil.

    I need to work on getting in one more serving of fruits and one or two more of protein a day. And it doesn't mention dairy, which I think is important.
