Hi everyone! I have about 150 lbs to lose. I lost about 100 lbs 11 years ago (no surgery), but gained most of it back. I am now in menopause so I know it is gonna be much harder to lose this time. I am looking forward to getting and giving support to others with my same goals.
New to posting. I lost 50 and put it back plus more. Starting the journey again. Went to the gym 3x this week, food diary 4 day streak, talking to a dietician and therapist. Prediabetic trying to avoid meds. Much love all.

hi y'all i stated with 135 lbs to lose (for my first goal). will adjust when i get the fist 100 or so off. going to start some free weight lifting tonight (just given some dumbells) and walking in the evenings.
