Where is everyone?? Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well and either maintaining on this journey or just beginning! I am just beginning. Yo-yo for years, and health problems have made me realize this is a journey to focus on and complete and then maintain. ANY supporters or motivators welcome!! Id love to do the same!! :-)

    I am also just beginning... again. I am successful for 2 weeks, then blow it. Then I get back on the horse again. And repeat!
