I work 12 hour shifts (7a to 7:30p) 3 times a week. I find the best option for me on those days is to work out at 4:45- 5:00am. I usually do a 30 min fitnessblender routine on youtube. On my off days I workout when my 9 month old is napping. Or when hes playing with toys in the room with me which is really hard because he wants to climb all over me.0

I walk during my breaks at work, so 2x a day, for 15 minutes each time. Then at home I try to do some strength training (bicep curls, dead lifts, tricep dips, planks, squats, leg lifts, and crunches) at night, after they go to bed while I watch my TV shows, about 3-4 times a week.0

I'm a SAHM to a 21 month old. I take her for jogs in her jogging stroller in the AM. If we are at the park I do some push ups and tricep dips on the benches there. I will also randomly do squats lunges and ab workouts throughout the day. I am working on putting together more of a schedule so its not so random and so I can track things better.0

I leave for work at 7am and pick my daughter up around 540. From there we go straight home, I cook a quick meal that I partially put together the night before. Feed her and then go to the gym, the gym is less than 3 minutes away (Monday, Wednesday, friday) I workout with my trainer at 630pm until 7pm, then do 45 minutes of cardio. Come home give her a bath we play during this time then I put her to bed at 830 after reading her books. Tuesday's we come straight home do our thing at home, then the boyfriend puts her to bed because I leave at 745ish to make it to yoga at 800. She's in bed and asleep by the time I get home at 915. Thursday is also yoga day, we go straight home I cook dinner play a little bit and then go to yoga at 7pm she goes with me and stays in the kids club. Bed at 830 for her. Saturday's is yoga days too, it starts at 11. So she normally sleeps in until 845ish we eat breakfast play go to the gym, then come home eat lunch and its her nap time.
My daughter is 2. She is full of life, laughs, personality and politeness. For moms' that say they don't have time are just making excuses (I'm sorry to say that but it's true) My daughter and I are at the gym 6 days a week. She loves the gym, she knows the women that work their by name the women know her. First thing she asks when she wakes up every morning "Gym, mommy? PEEEEES?" I feel like I'm teaching her a healthy lifestyle because she eats what I eat (but with meat, I'm vegetarian) She prefers her berries and rolled oats over fruit loops.
I'm working on myself to live by example and not by telling her what she should do and do the exact opposite.0 -
I usually go to college all day while my kids are in daycare but I am taking the summer off to regroup. Life became a little hectic and started getting depressed so I am currently home with my 4 yr old and 2 yr old. These boys keep me busy that's for sure! LOL We get up and make breakfast together then do some house work while dancing and listening to music then depending on the weather we go outside and play or go to the park until lunch. After my youngest naps, we take walks, do art & play until its time to start dinner then baths and bed.0

My alarm goes off at 5:00 AM. I snooze for awhile, then race to get out the door by 6:00 AM. My husband gets our daughter ready for daycare and drops her off. I commute 45 min and then work 6:45-3:30 (eat lunch at my desk). Commute home and stop to get daughter at daycare. Home by 4:30-ish. Trying to work out right when I get home before I lose my momentum. Then dinner, shower, hang with kiddo and bed by 8:30/9:00.0

If I had the MONEY to go to the gym I definitely would. The other day he took a nap around 1pm and my husband was sleeping too. So I went for a hour jog. It depends on the day.
My son is 2 and full of life as well..but he definitely dislikes the jogging stroller.
Putting him in their is like death....... he wants to be out and about. so we walk to the park and i chase him around. Sometimes that is the jist of my activity of the day. but it's worth it. Do I have time? why yes I could wake up early but then his little ears woudl hear me work out (he's very light sleeper in the AM). I've tried it ... could I IF he naps? yep. Can I exercise when he sleeps well sure but then i'm completely exhausted the next day from lack of sleep. I hope our schedule changes and once he's in school it'll be a bit easier. during winter it was fine I think he enjoyed his naps but as older as he gets to 3yrs he seems to dislike naps and dislike if mommy wants to jog. I put him in the jogging stroller yesterday and he pulled away i mean did the rod or noodle effective...where he didn't want to be in it.So there tgoes that. So I gotta re do my time to work out LOL. Which seems around 4pm when my husband wakes up from 3rd shift....other wise I get nothing accomplished.0
