your body is probably getting use to what you're putting into it & since you were only taking in 1,200 calories & now are taking in an extra 400 calories , your body has to get use to it & process it . just keep exercising & take one day at a time . you'll eventually get back to where you would like to be . (:

Artic Zero Chocolate Peanut Butter or Chocolate Mint ice Cream . mmm , very , very good for a quick chocolate fix & it only has 150 calories for the whole pint & 0 grams of fat . can't get any better than that . (:

i weigh 128 & i'm 5'10 . & i eat only about maybe 8 grams of fat a day . i'm also a vegetarian & i keep trying to add food so my calorie goes higher , but my carbs keep going too high & i heard you shouldn't be eating anymore than 150 carbs .

i do pilates , jogging & running , biking , cardio workouts . it varies from day to day , but i at least get 30-40 minutes of exercise everday doing one of these workouts .
