Take it one day at a time. Try to plan your meals the day before or first thing in the morning. Try to move more. Even cleaning burns calories. Park further away and walk more. Don't sit during commercials, move, move, move. You can add me to your friends list. Deb

Just keep watching it and try an ab workout. If you can work with weights, it will build muscle and you will start to lose more weight. I wear weights when I walk. You can even wear them doing your household activities. It's harder to lose after a hysterectomy, but it is still possible, just don't give up. Good luck!

Yes, I would tell her. You are her friend and you don't want her looking awful. She took you shopping for your opinion so be honest. I have always told people like it is and I really think they appreciate the honesty. Wouldn't you want to know if you looked like the Good Year blimp in an outfit!!:smile:
