One of my dog's names are Tito (after Tito Ortiz) he's an 8lb Chihuahua and my other dog's name is Nugget and he's a 4 pound Chihuahua.

yoga pants or yoga capris and a tank are the most comfortable in the gym IMO. I wouldn't ever wear jeans... what a gross feeling that would be. But if that's what you like, than that's your choice.

Another vote for Android. No itunes is one of the biggest things for me. I hate Itunes with a passion. Although I do use an ipod for the gym I'd hate to have to use it for a phone. Been there, done that, never again.

^^ Speaking of cups... I found that having a fovorite one helped too. I know it may seem silly, but it's true. I use a bright pink Contego water bottle from Costco.

I HATE water but am learning to like it and it's the only drink I have now most of the time. I use Mio in mine and love it!! No calories makes it even better.

No, I'm way under... thought I was good before I realized I logged my smoothie and didn't have it. I've always been of the mind that it's bad to eat late. Even my trainer said don't eat after 8 because it will go straight to my *kitten*.

Thanks for all the tips. I have been drinking lots of water, so I don't think that's what the problem is. I went into the kitchen in search of something good, when I came across the bag of hulled sunflower seeds... I felt like scarfing back handfuls of those, but I grabbed 8 baby carrots instead.

I'll vouch for the Mio also. I HATE water unless I'm working out at the gym. I know the artificial sweetener may not be good, but it's better than what I was drinking... pepsi!!

42 Pounds lost! That's great, don't beat yourself up. What I do when I have a bit too much to eat is have a good workout, the guilt isn't as bad or that way. I also give myself one "cheat" day a week so that I can have a bit more of the naughty stuff guilt free.
