Ok so I calculated manually, and from last Monday to today, I'm 4343 under. So maybe not as bad as I thought. Phew, that helps

My daily target is 1400 a day, so I think it works out to be 2 pounds a week. I'm down 15 pounds total so far, but have such a long way to go. That's why the guilt consumed me. I'm pretty sure I'm under for the week, but I'm not sure if there's somewhere I can look to see that or if I have to calculate it manually.

I have a desk job too and gained a buttload of weight. I now sit on a ball all day and go to the gym 6 days a week. I feel your pain, so easy to put on, so hard to take off
