I'll join as well. I'm not going to use their meal plan either. I'll most likely do my workouts after work (6 PM-ish).

I took Adipex for about 2 months. I lost a lot of weight but the side effects were HORRIBLE. As soon as I stopped taking the pills, I gained all my weight back, plus more. I agree with the others, ditch the pills.

Every 10 pounds lost MYFITNESS PAL asks you to change your calories (or it can do it for you, if you choose)... 1,200 calories is the lowest it'll let you go.
