I eat food in layers: top bun, toppings, burger, bottom bun. I count myself to sleep. If I'm not sleeping by 100 I know it's not time for bed. I also shake my butt and/or leg to help me fall asleep. I hand wash the dishes then put them in the dishwasher. I count my steps while running (usually to 8 then repeat, sometimes…

I usually have a juice for breakfast (1 orange, 1 apple, 1 peach). It tastes good and gives me a little boost. I tried juicing every meal and lasted 7 days, lost 9 pounds, but gained it all back once I ate "real" food again.

Currently at Fitworks and I hate it. The workers are very rude and don't take care of the gym. I signed a year contract that will be up in August (I'll be switching). I went to the YMCA for awhile, only compliant for them would be the price. I only used the gym but paid for the pool, the basketball courts, etc. The Planet…

I can't stand running in baggy clothes. I hate when my t-shirt goes over my butt. I hate when I have to constantly roll up my sleeves. I hate when my thighs rub together in shorts. I tend to wear tight running capris and a tight t-shirt.

Finished Cardio Recovery bright and early this morning and I'm feeling great!

Cardio Power and Resistance: I can feel myself pushing harder. Pure Cardio: I push myself to get through a minute but then I am tired when the next exercise starts. I'm excited that I made it this far! and excited to keep going!

Just finished Plyometric Cardio Circuit (Day 6). I am having the most trouble with the level 1 drills and the switch feet. I can't see to get in a good groove with those.

Pure Cardio was rough. I did really well during the warm up but after that, it was downhill.

Cardio Recovery made me sweat! :)
