I don't have free weights, barbells and plates at home so the gym is where I take myself to lift. I don't have space for all that equipment.

You know I agree with you but my issue is mainly WHERE to get the added protein from. I hate to rely on more meat or protein powders. I don't eat dairy.

I eat one almost every day. And a sweet potato. It's good stuff.

I was a strict vegan for 4 years, honestly, it was the worst I felt in my life. I believe it was an intolerance to grains that made me feel low energy and crappy.

I make exercise a priority no matter what. That's how badly I want to be successful at accomplishing my fitness goals.
-
Yes I can. I've been that weight in the past so I know exactly what I'll look like.

Also, when I wake up in the morning, my BM has logged about 500 steps! I don't sleepwalk so where are those steps coming from?

I started working on getting rid of the extra weight on my body not because I disliked me; I disliked the extra weight I was carrying. I was cool back then and I'm still cool now. *I* haven't changed; I just look better and feel better but I am still me. My impression is that several overweight and obese women identify…

This is your journey and it will require you taking care of yourself in the best way possible. I know it is hard but that's just life. Not everyone is going to be on board with our decisions so don't let it deter you.

Just saw this! Awesome! I'm glad to read you stuck with it. :)

Lower your running speed and keep repeating that day until you run past it. There is no failure. It's really just practice to get better and more efficient. If you consider it a fail then you will have a hard time getting past week 5.

Cool beans! Will PM you in 2 weeks and follow the plan.

Yes I do have these attractions. Sometimes it's the way a person moves their hands while talking or an expression in their eyes. I love how people express themselves in writing and their willingness to be genuine even if we've just met. I find it attractive.

No I don't think so. 1400 should be your NET calories so you need to be eating 1900 and then detract 500 from those so your base is at least 1400.
-
You look SO good! Love those legs! Keep up the good work :)
-
Increase your intake by 200 cals bringing your net up to 1400 - 1450. Do it every day for 2 weeks and collect data.
-
Take progress pictures from day 1. I never did and i regret it terribly.

The elliptical is the worst piece of equipment for me. No, wait, the stationary bike just might beat it! Don't do it. Jump rope and do bodyweight exercises instead.

You may need to further investigate the "sluggishness." It could very well be medically related and not behavioral.

There are two sources of motivation: internal and external. We can give you suggestions and cheer you on but then we'll get busy with our lives and you're on your own again. The best motivation is the one that comes from within. Take 10 minutes and look at yourself in the eyes in a mirror and tell yourself WHY you need to…

No tips. You just get up and do it because it is so worth it. I wake up at 4:30am to make it to my 5:30am meet with the trainer 3 mornings a week and at 9 on Saturdays. Not easy but I don't think about it. I just go. ETA: Go to bed early at night so you don't feel sleepy by lunch time.

How about BodyLogic?

You could get to being half your size, fall in love with a cool, awesome guy, and still get cheated on. Then what? Look at all the good looking celebrities who get cheated on. They seem to have everything yet *kitten* happens. Feel good about who you are today. That will make your weight loss journey a more successful one.…

I read this so often on the forum. I think it is wrong to link one's sense of worth to weight loss or weight gain. Those are variables that can change so often in life for a multitude of reasons. Cultivate your self-esteem based on factors that are more constant such as having a talent for something, or being a good…

First thing in the morning would work. If you don't make time for you it's hard to actually find time. Start small and build from there. You may not have a full hour initially but 15 or 20 minutes will also work. I think we get discouraged when we apply an all-or-nothing mentality. Make the time; your body and mind will…

Just eat all your servings of fruits and vegetables without worrying about their sugar content. I doubt the MFP setting takes into consideration where your sugar comes from.
-
My suggestion to you is to try it for 30 days and collect data on how it makes you feel. Everyone's reply will only be based on subjective experience. I don't eat sugar that's not present in fruits, vegetables and other wholefoods. It works for me but it may not work for you or anyone else. Try it and post back on your…

People seem to be attracted to the word transformation so perhaps something along the lines of TotalBodyTransformation (TBT).
