I see a big difference. You've got definition in your back and shoulders! Looks so good. I bet you are so proud of your work.

I have no idea how one can feel full all day after consuming just 800 calories.
-
I would add carbs. Seriously. Don't deprive yourself that way. You'll notice incredible changes just by following a common sense diet and burning more than you consume.
-
How fun! I picked 3 but I'm between 1 and 2. I'm 7.5% smaller than I thought.
-
Exactly!

It's not about a breaking point. It's about finding a new point from which to launch yourself. If you define yourself as helpless and hopeless, your mind will work its hardest to keep fulfilling those definitions. Try defining yourself differently. That's when the magic happens.

There are so many bodyweight exercises you can do. Jump rope is great. Other cardio things like jump squats, mountain climbers, etc. You can make your own 40 minute program just using ideas from so many websites and change it up every day if you wish.

I don't think you should care enough to even give this a thought. Pursue whatever you like and want for yourself. It is one of the perks of being an adult.
-
Walk. Swim since it is summer. Lift weights.
-
Also keep in mind that there are many different muscles that make up our abdomen areas so you'd have to do more than just the Pilates 100, which tackles mostly the upper part. Pooches are generally the lower part of abs so crunches won't help much with those.

Stretch your hip flexors.

You've gone so tiny and you look so pretty! Such great dedication and work. Congratulations!
-
What needs to give is your current mindset. Adopt a new one and begin with a few changes rather than trying to revolutionize everything at once.

Yoga complements any type of physical activity. A great way to increase flexibility and mobility. I love my weekly classes; they help me with weights and running.
-
Your fiber is really very low. You need to eat foods with more fiber as well as protein.

41 to 44 bpm

I have NO willpower around PB. None. I cannot keep it in the house.

You look FABULOUS! I am your height and my goal is to get to 120 with muscle. I am working on it but it's a slow moving train right now. Awesome inspiration and just what I needed to see/read this morning. Keep up the great work.

Eggs for breakfast. Meat for lunch. Fish for dinner. Peanut butter for a snack = More than enough protein.

1. Healthcare in the U.S. is very expensive and I can't afford to get diseases that I know I can prevent by being fit and healthy. That's really the only reason for me.
-
Fantastic transformation and congratulations on your dedication and consistency.
-
Oh wow! That is an AWESOME timing! Great job.

Right now, forget about the word speed because it will equal injury. Build endurance. Go slow and go farther. Focus on improving your form, your breath, how you hold yourself when you run, the mental game, etc. Speed comes with lots and lots and lots of hours of running, speedwork, interval running, etc. It's not something…

Magnesium citrate 400 to 600 mg but with your healthcare provider first.

I would rephrase your title to "I let the weekend ruin everything." Until you fully realize you are in control you are not going to make this work for you.
-
How did you get to 162 if you have a problem eating? I am not sure I understand the issue.
-
That is fantastic work. Wow, how amazingly dedicated you are.
-
This has been my experience.
-
Yep. Do the rest of us a favor and wear your underwear to work out.
-
Exactly. How can you even make it out of bed each day with only 700 calories in you? You're on the right path to putting back all the weight and then some. Eat more. Be healthy and fit. Then watch those pounds come off.
