I would ask a personal trainer/gym instructor for some advice or even ask some of the guys there for advice. If you don't know what you are doing then you are just risking injury. If you go in knowing exactly what you want to do and how to do it then you can just block out the world and lift. Also with lifting, I would…

I can only applaud the NHS in Nottingham for what they have done for me through various sports injuries And a huge get…

Someone with ambition and a career! Looks wise, someone who looks after themselves but doesn't have to be super athletic. More about personality in someone who enjoys life!

Lack of motivation and a sense of entitlement...eg (ive been to the gym today...let me have that cream cake) And the fact it takes time to lose the weight, if it was easy we would all be the ideal weight. Most people just lack the moral fiber to achieve something that isent a quick win

Running shoes - You get what you pay for and doing a gait analysis can save you from agony. Build slowly. Rest days! from personal experience don't try and run 3 miles a day as your legs will just end in knots Stretch! Calves, Quads and Hamstrings, 30 seconds per muscle per leg as a minimum before and after your run

Used to have a Nike FuelBand (was used and eventually broke) and I find as a tool you make you want to walk/be more active it is great. It gave immediate feedback and everyday would give me the motivation to be more active to the extent of going for a walk at 10pm just to get to my daily target. Now I feel I dont need it…
